Dear Mr. Hauswirth: Permit me a moment of your time to highly commend the outstanding service and quality of work that I recently received at your Collision Damage location. My prized Z3 suffered a totally demolished front end. Based on my long relationship with Joe Hendrickson in BMW Service, I naturally selected Moritz to carry out the collision repair. Stuart Bonds handled my problem with absolute professionalism, but more important to me... he did so with an attitude of genuine caring, honest communication, and a friendly attitude. The wait was long - about a month - however Stuart managed to efficiently complete every task I requested. My vehicles came back as a virtually "BRAND NEW" car. The end result confirmed once again to me the truth of the old adage: "You get what you pay for!" The majority of the actual "hands on" work was carried out by Duane Stubblefield back in the shop... that man's an artist! You are forunate indeed to have someone with Duane's skill set and outstanding work ethic performing his "miracles." I was especially impressed that Duane, on his own time... and at his own initiative... went the extra mile to keep me informed of his progress and to give me the benefit of a regular update on the status of my vehicle. Without that kind of dedicated customer service... going "above and beyond"... that month without my vehicle would have seemed a lot longer! Well, there you have it. I'm a very satisfied customer who won't hesitate to recommend your company's services to my friends and colleagues.
