This is my second BMW from Doug Mayberry. He really has worked hard to please me on both sales (the first 4 years ago), but especially on this past one. I have been in the dealership numerous times since my first purchase and always stop and talk to Doug (a few times I brought other prospective customers and introduced them to him as well). Doug has a fantastic customer service skill-set, and great memory. He always greats me, asks how the wife and house are doing--he has taken the time to get to know me, and displays a genuine interest in me, my family, and my cars. He knows my tastes and what kind of vehicle I am interested in. He saved my time by only showing me the ones that would interest me and then he expertly showed me the features and how to work them before I went to test drive and show the wife the car. Wife loved it except it did not have GPS or a trunk mat. Doug rectified both of those short comings and had them added into the deal. So far, I am pleased with the entire deal. I am especially impressed with Doug as he has jumped over tall buildings to insure I am pleased--that is why I bought another car from Moritz. Doug's customer service skills really came to light when we had a problem getting in the exact GPS I wanted (parts dept had a hard time finding the new version that did not have to have holes drilled into the leather dash). After receiving a few of the wron? units, Doug has stayed on top of it always letting me know what is happening. New GPS should be in this Thurs or Fri and I will bring the car in for install and to fix the two other problems noted above. Give my thanks to Doug for a job well done. I have and will recommend him to others again.
