Dextral, thanks for setting Karen up with her new car. She seems to enjoy the car very much. She mentioned how you helped her with some of the cars features such as the blue tooth etc... I got an email from BMW related to the survey and I completed it with all (5). Once again you have helped Karen and I with yet another vehicle and also thanks for being patient with us concerning all of our concerns and options. I must tell you that in the beginning, Karen and I were set with turning in the lease and going for another less expensive model all together. Not that we don't like BMW, Karen was convinced that with current gas prices, perhaps a (Hybrid) or something would best suit us. After sitting down with you, we felt that another BMW would be better and the gas mileage was not that big of a difference. I would say overall that she is pleased and I am sure if she or I have any questions we will keep you in mind. Once again, thank you for your professional salesmanship.
